THIS IS SICK...VERY CULT-LIKE....MORE LEGAL HARASSMENT
AND "DISCONNECTION" CONTINUE IN WESTERN KENTUCKY!

On June 20, 2002, Scientologist Laura Vannoy Padgett,
filed a document in the Hopkins Circuit Court civil court proceedings,
titled "MOTION TO TEMPORARILY SUSPEND VISITATION."
The introductory language of the motion acknowledges
her son's court ordered extended visitation with his father
during the summer. However, she goes on to argue that she's "been
informed that there is a bench warrant for his arrest in criminal
proceedings (under the SAME judge that she is the complaining witness
in that criminal action.)
Her argument was; "that she was fearful of sending her 17 year old
son to Massachusetts to visit with the Respondent (his Dad,) since he
may be arrested and the child would be stranded in Massachusetts until
further arrangements could be made." Laura Vannoy's private civil
attorney Bill Whitledge, asserted all contact with the father in
respect to visitation be severed until the arrest
issues are resolved in criminal court matters.
Tom was not available for comment. But unidentifided friends and
relatives expressed dismay, anguish, and continued fear for motives
that are very aberrated from a secular reach and understanding.
This motion Laura Vannoy filed, is to be heard in court on July 1,
2002. Although she acknowledges that prior court orders for her to
produce her son to his father on June 21st. for 5 weeks, it appears
she will not follow those prior Orders in hopes that Judge Boteler
will rule in her favor as a personal friend of her parents' and
sister's former employer in these newest ploys - all sympathetic to
Hubbard scripture.

Well ABUSE:
I am NOW "available for comment," and just received this motion via fax
& e-mail.

In the copy of the motion I received, you neglected to report the line
"Said warrant is registered in the National Crime Information Center as
well as Massachusetts authorities."
Why?

So here "I" am for comment. Bring it on oh dear state of the Blue Grass
- Kentucky.
My e-address is padgett@taxexemptchildabuse.net

Again, here's my confession of "crimes committed"..... L. Ron Hubbard
wrote: "it's a 'high crime' to publicly depart scientology."
I am guilty as sin & as hell of this alleged secular crime. But, why
would any state or federal government sanction this Hubbard UFO BS?
This newest legal motion is ONLY a desperate ploy from $cienos to
accomplish
"disconnection" through the back door of devious and nefarious litigious
excess.

I received an e-mail from my Kentucky attorney
yesterday informing me that the MOTION TO TEMPORARILY SUSPEND VISITATION
with my son, was continued (postponed) to July 15th. No reason by the
court for the delay was given.

This was devastating news, because this cuts out 2 more weeks of
court-ordered time with Beau, without any immediate resolution in sight.
Normally, I, or any parent for that matter, would go there and get the
child since there is a court order. However, with an arrest warrant out
(for bogus reasons,) in a separate criminal case in the same
jurisdiction, I'd be incarcerated. I've tried to get through to my son
by e-mail and by phone but with no success. So in effect,
"disconnection" is again in play, this time through the back door.

A side note, this civil action #92-CI-00444 was filed on July 29, 1992
by a $cientologist. In just
4 weeks, July 29, 2002, will mark the 10 year anniversary of this
litigation. And sadly there is no end in sight. There are still a few
hard core L. Ron Hubbard devotees left, still clinging to every
teaching, bulletin, and HCO PL in the cult's archives as the proper and
ethical course
of action and conduct to follow. Hence the creation of
www.MadvilleLaw.net to expose such destructive anti-family beliefs and
the use of the "legal process" as a weapon, rather than
a forum for swift dispute resolution.

Civil Action # 92-CI-00444

Madisonville, Kentucky - on Monday July 15, 2002, Scientologist
Laura Vannoy Padgett's Motion To Temporarily
Suspend Visitation between the parties' minor son Beau Padgett and his
father Tom Padgett, was postoned again without a rulng one way or the
other.

Laura, a long standing believer in the Hubbard human behavioral
Technology, orginally filed this motion on June 20th to be heard in
court on Monday, July 1st claiming that
Tom had an arrest warrant out on him and was a criminal listed with
the Nat'l Crime Information Center, and that that would be detrimental
to their son. Laura Vannoy failed to mention in her civil action
motion brief, that she was the sole complaining witness in the
criminal action that has born the arrest for her son's father, and she
failed to state in her motion brief that the prosecutor who requested
the arrest warrant for her in criminal proceedings, was her neighbor
in an affluent subdivision in North Madisonville.

On July 1, the motion was postponed 2 weeks until July 15th. This
second postponement from this past Monday puts the motion on the
docket for Monday July 29th. This is 2 days AFTER their son's
Court-Ordered 5 week summer time with his father ends. So in effect,
she was able to accomplish this new round of family "disconnection"
without the court ruling one way or the other and perceive as moot
from a "legal" angle. Also July 29, 2002 marks the ten (10) year
anniversary of Laura Vannoy Padgett's litigation
protraction against her ex Thomas Carter Padgett - an SP enemy declare
by cult officials in Nashville, TN's Scientology Celebrity Center.

Tom's only comments were; "This is so sad! My efforts to contact
my son in the past 3 weeks by phone, e-mail, and regular snail mail
have all failed. He's been cut off from me again."

Any astute observer of this case can see that Tom and Laura's son
turns 18 years old this September 2002, an age where his mother no
longer has any legal control over him.
Given the deep fear of Laura's losing "CONTROL," it is more than
apparent that if she get's Tom arrested (again) and brought back to
Kentucky to serve more time in prison for bogus charges, then Beau
can't see his father, and the "control" and "disconnection"
requirements of Hubbard PTS Technology are still maintained, long
after the emancipation age of the child involved. Scientologists are
a crafty and clever group of tacticians and strategists. The tragic
part here, IS the judge in the case, (Boteler,) is fully aware of
what's going on and is condoning this very damaging cultic behavior.
PTS in Dianetics & Scientology is defined as a "Potential Trouble
Source."
