CIVIL ACTION # 92-CI-00444

On December 6, 2000, a Pendente Lite Report and Recommendation was filed
and entered by Domestic Relations Commissioner Susan W. McClure finding
that scientologist Laura Padgett should be held in contempt of court for
her failure to appear and deliver the minor Padgett son to the court for
an interview with the commissioner and a court-appointed psychologist
for re-evaluation at the request and motion of the father Thomas
Padgett. Ms. McClure recommended that sanctions against the mother for
her actions be determined at a later date. A two day hearing is
scheduled for February 22 and 23, 2001 before her and not the presiding
Kentucky judge in this case who has had a long history of demonstrating
a personal agenda against the father and the Massachusetts paternal
family interests.

Perhaps of greater news interest, the commissioner found that the
petitioner Laura Padgett, has failed to show just cause why the
Respondent Thomas Padgett shouldn't exercise visitation with his minor
son like other normal parent / child relationships. Though this order
was narrowed to the timeframe of this Christmas Holiday vacation period
and not a final solution to prevent "permanent estrangement"
warned to the court by consulting expert witness
Dennis Erlich back in March 1996, it does
temporarily abandon a previous 1996 order that tacitly endorsed the
Hubbard mandated "family disconnection" policy. However,
restrictions were imposed that the father and son should refrain from
discussions about the mother's religious beliefs and this civil action.

Padgett, filed a motion with the court for clarification of what the
petitioner's religious beliefs were since it did not specifically word
"Scientology - the Science of Knowing How to Know," and
"Dianetics - the Modern Science of Mental Health." A second
motion for clarification was filed by the respondent to clarify whether
or not the 16 year old boy could talk about the separate criminal action
with his father that manufactured evidence against him to get him set
up, convicted and sentenced to a felony offense without a jury trial or
trial by his peers.

Weepy eyed Tom Padgett did report from the Providence, R.I. Airport that
his son (and his daughter,) did deplaned the scheduled flight from
Nashville at 1pm on December 26th. This marks an end to the 7 year
disconnection between the Padgett minor child and scores of paternal
family relatives who have not seen him since July of 1993 due to the
actions caused by his mother's [anti-family] scientological beliefs.

From Cape Cod.....THANK YOU DEAR GOD!

End.
