Oddly and mysteriously, Padgett's lawyers didn't show up and he was forced to proceed pro se. Judge Charlie Boteler acknowledged the defendant (Tom) did not violate any pre-trial diversion agree- ment terms, however he ordered the defendant to sign Ky State AOC forms with incomplete and omitted information, and if he or his lawyers didn't execute it within 14 days, they would be sent to jail for 6 months for contempt of court (read....MORE COERCION!) For more info, on the errors and abuse of pro-scientology Judge Boteler's power, see lermanet's persecution page on Tom and Mike G.'s excellent Tax Exempt Child Abuse site by clicking on below (scroll down to "Tom Padgett".) A near miss of having the cult "isolate" yet another one of it's defectors and/or critics! We hope for as much luck for Mark Bunker too in his criminal set-up ordeal in Illinois.
