How You Can Help
. Too many organizations and companies have bowed to Scientology's suits and threats of suits. (Even Google recently changed their web search results when someone queries "Scientology" to avoid a suit). There are things that ordinary people can do to stop the more damaging practices of Scientology.
Alerting members of the media as to stories such as this, and stressing the importance that such behavior of a so-called "church" must be brought to the light and put under public scrutiny. Scientology is hard at work creating an "information black-out" on anything critical of their activities. Not only does that include lawsuits and intimidation, of newspapers and news magazines, but even systematic manipulation of internet search engines and servers, to keep any critical information from reaching the public at large.- Fighting the abusive practices of destructive cults is a daunting task. Tom and his family are only just one example of thousands of victims striving to break free from the bonds of their grips to become survivors
of deception.
